Poland Tries To Build Tourism Again

A new campaign will be launched in Poland to help the Poland tourism industry pick up speed during the coming holiday season. A recent report has found that numbers of tourists have dramatically fallen since 2008, where tourists have not been interested in coming to Poland. In fact there was a 16 percent drop rate of the number of tourists from 2008 to 2009.

One of the main reasons for the changes was the economic crisis which is still affecting many families and individuals in deciding whether or not travel is a luxury or necessity in their lives. The government aims to provide more free travel guides, and bring tourism back to the country shortly in the coming days.
